How long does onboarding take?
First launch takes 1-2 business days (Organization, Knowledge Base, first Author configuration). Full team onboarding — up to 2 weeks.
Can I change plans mid-subscription?
Yes. Upgrades between plans (Creator → Publisher → Business) are available at any time.
Is onboarding included?
Yes. Onboarding and configuration are included in the subscription price. Enterprise support is priced individually.
Does AI train on my data?
No. Brandworder uses your Knowledge Base as context (RAG), not fine-tuning. Your data does not train any models.
